In this subject, students will learn to be effective users of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, acquiring skills and understanding of functions and features of these 3 office application. Students will learn to be effective users of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, mastering tasks such as formatting, embedding and many other functions required in the day to day use of office applications.

Welcome to the DXC Technology work placement program.
This training course has been constructed to introduce you to DXC Technology and the customer environment. The activities you become engaged in on a daily basis over the next 2 months are all part of your support specialist training for the customer and will help to develop your skills to become a valued member of the team.
At the conclusion of your induction training you will go through a Certification process where you will demonstrate that you have all the skills and knowledge you need to provide effective customer service and request/ incident management for our customers.
