Diploma of Engineering - Technical - Project 2020 

This Learn course is a cluster of the following two units:

'Calculate force systems within simple beam structures MEM30005A' and 'Calculate stresses in simple structures MEM30006A'

This unit covers performing work ethically and competently, making judgements about work priorities and information requirements to achieve effective working relationships and engineering outcomes.

This unit covers applying in situ design skills by personnel who are then responsible for the manufacture of the design outcome either individually or as part of a team.

Students will prepare structural steel design and detail drawings to standards AS4100 and AS1100.

This unit will start you on your journey toward understanding the basic concepts of industrial materials and their relationship to the manufacturing industry.
