
Welcome to Design as a Customer Experience (THEDES702)
This subject is a hospitality elective subject as part of the Bachelor of Tourism, Hospitality and Events Management. Students will investigate the influence of architecture and interior design on the perception of quality and service levels and how these are used to attract customers, enhance the customer experience and achieve customer loyalty.
